About us
Hello! I’m William, The Stop Scrolling Specialist. After struggling with my own screen time and scrolling addiction, I decided to change my ways and use my phone more intentionally. I’ve developed a set of strategies and tactics to reduce my scrolling and create more time in my life for the things that I love - spending time with loved ones, being outside in nature, reading books and magazines in print, and much more.
I now coach my clients on how to improve their relationships with their phones. My goal is simple: to help them reclaim their time and reconnect with the things that matter most.
Whether it’s through one-on-one coaching, group sessions, or self-paced resources, I’ll provide you with tailored resources for your journey. And I’ll be by your side as you work to build healthier digital habits and create space and time in your life for living in a way that is not centered around screens.
